ARCO Rights

This prevention must be addressed by you within 10 ten business days after receiving the prevention, to provide the required information, otherwise your request will be considered as not submitted.

The exercise of any of the aforementioned rights is not a prerequisite nor does it prevent the exercise of another. In any case, in order to exercise your ARCO rights, Civic Technology will request your voting card and/or valid passports to prove your identity.

You can revoke the consent that, where appropriate, you have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important that you take into account that not in all cases we will be able to attend to your request or terminate the use immediately, since it is possible that due to some legal obligation we need to continue processing your personal data. Likewise, you must consider that, for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that we cannot continue to provide you with the service you requested, or the conclusion of your relationship with us.

Transfer of personal data

Civic Technology does not make transfers of personal data that require your consent.

Civic Technology will make national and international transfers of your personal data to third parties without requiring your consent and in accordance with the applicable regulations in the following cases:

  • When the transfer is provided for in a Law or Treaty to which Mexico is a party;
  • When the transfer is necessary for the provision of the service or delivery of the product purchased at Civic Technology;
  • When the transfer is made to holding companies, subsidiaries or affiliates under the common control of Civic Technology, or to a parent company, or to any company of the Civic Technology group, which operates under the same processes and internal policies;
  • When the transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract entered into or to be entered into in your interest, by Civic Technology and a third party;
  • When the transfer is necessary or legally required to safeguard a public interest, or for the procurement or administration of justice;
  • When the transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise or defense of a right in a judicial process, and when the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of the legal relationship derived from the services and products formalized with Civic Technology.
  • In the exceptional cases provided for by the applicable legislation.

 

Civic Technology may carry out the Transfer of Personal Data to natural or legal persons, national and foreign, with the sole purpose of fulfilling the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice.

You can control the display of your personal data on the VSocial social network by accessing the menu https://vsocial.online/setting/privacy-setting, it has 9 options to enable or disable the display of public information on your personal wall as well as your geolocation.

You can download a file of your information generated throughout the life of your account, accessing the menu https://vsocial.online/setting/my_info, here you can at any time obtain files of your personal information, messages generated in the "messenger" function, the information of your groups and pages that you have created, as well as the list of your friends.

If you wish to delete your VSocial access account or delete all or part of your personal information, please follow this procedure:

1.- Please fill out the contact form and specify your request in the message section. You can also make your request directly to the email hola@civictechnology.digital.

2.- Attach the following documentation to officially identify you as the owner of the account you wish to delete or modify and/or partially or totally delete your personal data.

a) Official identity document (it can be your INE, Passport or Driver's License).

b) Access data to your account. Username, email and password. 

c) Please provide us with a telephone number if necessary to contact you personally.

3.- Once your identity has been identified and the ownership of the account has been verified, we will proceed to delete it, or partially or totally modify/delete the personal data associated with your account.

4.- We will respond to you within a period of up to 3 business days.
